Guest guest
Hi Bee and thank you for all the useful help you provide us candida and leaky gut sufferers with. I am a 20 yrs old male having a tough experience with this welfare epidemic.. Although I know your attitude towards candida and what you would answer on this one, I'll ask you anyway.. I hardly eat any grains or fruits, but I would like to follow this new alkalizing regime mentioned in moreless forum on curezone. In this alkalizing drink you use 1 tablespoon of blackstrap molasses, half of a lemon, 1 teaspoon kelp, epsom salts and calcium hydroxide (pickling lime water). Its purpose is to restore the mineral and electrolyte balance in the body. So my question goes: Is one or two tablespoons of blackstrap molasses too much sugar on the candida diet,..even if you don't consume any grains or fruit? Maybe a stupid and intricate question, but.. Check out the link for sheer curiosity: http://www.askmoreless.com/alkalising_drinks and again, thank you very much, I am currently reading up on the files in the group. Bye from Phil
