From the H202 file, here are the directions to dilute:

To make 3% solution from 35% solution:

Use a glass jar larger than one pint to allow room. Into the glass jar

add 1 (one) ounce of 35% and 15 ounces of distilled water. This makes

16 ounces, or 1 pint, of 3% solution.

One pint of 35% gives you 16 pints of 3% solution.

Caution: DO NOT put the cover tightly on the jar. Screw the cover on

and then unscrew it by one turn.

1 ounce = about 28 millilitres

5 ounces = 28 millilitres x 5 = 140 millilitres

You can keep the Undiluted (Full strength) food grade H202 in the freezer.
