Guest guest
Hi Maddalena, > >I couldn't understand how to dilute the H2O2 for external > use (face and hands). From the H202 file, here are the directions to dilute: To make 3% solution from 35% solution: Use a glass jar larger than one pint to allow room. Into the glass jar add 1 (one) ounce of 35% and 15 ounces of distilled water. This makes 16 ounces, or 1 pint, of 3% solution. One pint of 35% gives you 16 pints of 3% solution. Caution: DO NOT put the cover tightly on the jar. Screw the cover on and then unscrew it by one turn. 1 ounce = about 28 millilitres 5 ounces = 28 millilitres x 5 = 140 millilitres > Also, I'm not clear on which bottle to keep in the > freezer, is it the undiluted or the diluted one? You can keep the Undiluted (Full strength) food grade H202 in the freezer. hope that helps, jackie
