Hi eyse,

I have been asking about you n how you are doing. I havent seen you on in

while and figured you either got well, or went the other way: (.

I too am going thrugh a lot with this but i do believe some days that it is

getting better and others are still a struggle.

I wish you well and hope if all works out. If you ever want to e mail me

privately just to chat and support i would welcome it.

Hi Elyse,

It's great to hear from you. Thanks for the update. We were all

wondering how you are doing. Take good care.

Hugs, Bee

hello. I've been going through some pretty major life events ,

they're not over, still getting through them. I don't know how I

could have kept up with or dealt with things if I wasn't on this

diet. . I did slip a little but straightened it out quickly. So, I

really wanted to thank everyone for the help and support in getting

things figured out to the point that I did. I have a lot more work

to do with the rogram, I'm still only on the diet part, but that

alone has made a big difference.

It's important I mention that having heard from others going through

this too helped a lot. Knowing you've also gone through difficulties

in making the adjustments and getting through it to something better

is what helped me to see it through some tough spots, and thanks to

Bee for having so many answers :-)

Thanks Bee and ,

I appreciate it. I am managing, but things are still quite hectic.

I should mention that I won't be able to follow all the threads for

now like I did before, but will work on progressing with the

program. , thanks so much for your offer, this is exactly the

kind of thing that makes a great deal of difference. Have a great day.
