If this > is false information and/or I'm confusing my sources, I apologize. ==>I waffled about whether eating more than 2 raw egg whites was okay because of Sally Fallon's recommendations not to, and between conflicting information from Dr. Mercola and her I wasn't sure. But Dr. Mercola has changed his mind completely about any limits on raw egg whites, and I discussed it with an Orthomolecular Physician friend of mine - so the final word IS, it is okay to have as many as you wish. It won't hurt you. Bee
Guest guest
I dont know. To tell you the truth with myself and my own personal experiences. I find that eggs make me constipated.. Maybe they would not be so bad if I was eating a lot more fibre in my diet. Just a thought.. Marko

Maybe they would not be so bad if I was eating a lot more fibre in my diet. ==>I don't believe it IS the egg whites causing constipation. Candida toxins also are constipating in some people. There is a lot of false information about the need for fibres, and they are not good for anyone, particularly candida sufferers. There are a few articles about the dangers of fibres on my website.
