Guest guest
> > one lately i havent changed my diet ive been strict and have the runs with no cramps is this die off??? ==>Yes, runs can be die-off because they are a way for the body to get rid of toxins. > also cooked onions bother me while ago i use to cook with them... is it cuz they are high in sugar i avoid them cuz i know they have fructose in them do they feed candida??? ==>The truth is that ALL foods feed candida, but some are worse than others. Onions also kill candida so the small amount of fructose is not a problem. > maybe raw is better ... ==>Possibly they are. > also i use to purchase sheltons turkey dogs the ingredents were spices turkey and potatoe starch but it was soo minute it showed 0 sugars and carbs and i called them they said it was safe of diebetics for an example .. what do u think??? are they bad i dont eat them now but they were a good breakfast snack?? ==>Spices on the label often covers a multitude of sins including MSG- like substances. It is not advisable to eat them. It is better to buy " real " bacon that isn't processed or smoked - right from a naturally raised free-range pig. Guest guest
re: shelton farms turkey dogs: i used to snack on these now and then too, they never bothered my candida symptoms, but eat them in moderation as they're really salty and not made with good sea salt. ~ suz also i use to purchase sheltons > turkey dogs the ingredents were spices turkey and potatoe starch but > it was soo minute it showed 0 sugars and carbs and i called them they > said it was safe of diebetics for an example .. what do u think??? are > they bad i dont eat them now but they were a good breakfast snack?? > thanks in advance Lilly >
