3 questions for u bee

one lately i havent changed my diet ive been strict and have the runs

with no cramps is this die off??? also cooked onions bother me a

while ago i use to cook with them... is it cuz they are high in sugar

i avoid them cuz i know they have fructose in them do they feed

candida??? maybe raw is better ... also i use to purchase sheltons

turkey dogs the ingredents were spices turkey and potatoe starch but

it was soo minute it showed 0 sugars and carbs and i called them they

said it was safe of diebetics for an example .. what do u think??? are

they bad i dont eat them now but they were a good breakfast snack??

==>Yes, runs can be die-off because they are a way for the body to get

rid of toxins.

==>The truth is that ALL foods feed candida, but some are worse than

others. Onions also kill candida so the small amount of fructose is

not a problem.

==>Spices on the label often covers a multitude of sins including MSG-

like substances. It is not advisable to eat them. It is better to

buy " real " bacon that isn't processed or smoked - right from a

naturally raised free-range pig.

i used to snack on these now and then too, they never bothered my

candida symptoms, but eat them in moderation as they're really salty

and not made with good sea salt.
