vaginal yeast question

As long as I've been convinced I have candida, I have never really

thought I had a vaginal yeast problem. But if you have candida is it

probably likely that you have a problem with it vaginally as well? I

don't have any of the symptoms I've read about like the itching. But I

do have painful intercourse. I just figured my painful intercourse was

a result of the lack of lubrication and lack of desire due to hormone

problems because of the candida. Should I be doing some yogurt

douches? Is it okay to just insert acidophilus caps?

Thank you!

==>Hormone problems caused by candida will lead to dryness and

tenderness in the vagina. But it is also caused by a lack of good

saturated fats and oils in the diet. Cell membranes should be

constructed of 50% saturated fats but if they are lacking in the diet

the body will use man-made fats and oils instead. This makes the cells

weak and flabby which affects all areas of the body. It takes a long

time for the body to re-build cells, but it is well worth it. Stronger

cells also keeps toxins out and are able to transport nutrients, water,

etc. much more effectively. In fact dry skin and lack of lubricants in

joints, and also in the vaginal area, is not due to a lack of water,

but to a lack of good fats which helps the body's cells utilize water.

==>See the Women's Health Issues Folder for Vaginal Yeast Treatments,

which includes alternating douches with antifungals and probiotics, etc.
