Guest guest
I read here that you can eat liver and that looks like a good way to get these B vitamins. I just started eating that yesterday and it was actually really good. I just sliced it up and fried it in butter. Ox liver is my favorite. You might want to try that :-D Adam J. > Hi Bee and group, > > I thought I'd throw this out there. Just over a year ago, I had my amalgams > removed & replaced. My ND had me doing some detoxing supplements, and my bladder started doing tiny spasms when I started her program. (before doing Bee's stuff.) So I rotated out the supplements one at a time, and narrowed it down to the B vitamin she had me taking. I removed the B vitamin and was fine for about 9 months. Then I discovered a more natural B vitamin and started taking that with no problems. But a few months later (taking the new , the problem did return. I stopped the B vitamin and the bladder problem never really went away. There are days that I don't feel it, but it's there most days. It's not a bladder infection, but feels sort of close to it. There's not any pain, only mild discomfort. ==>Marla, could your bladder symptoms be retracing per Hering's Law of Cures? But I might say that I am not pleased with most B complex because I'm not impressed with how they make them. Have you tried Frontier " Nutritional Yeast Flakes " ? Or you could eat liver twice a week instead, or make the raw liver drink or frozen liver per article on my website. Bee

Guest guest
Thanks Bee. I am having to go to the board to find messages. Well, I doubt this is a retracing because it's been happening on and off again for over a year, and it started when I started that detox program so long ago. If it is symptom retracing, it wouldn't take this long, would it? I did by chance order some dessicated organ tablets (mixed organs - Dr. Ron's) and it will be interesting to see how that affects me. I do use the nutritional yeast as a general " spice " on many foods, and I think it would be interesting to cut that out and see what happens there. I'll let you know. Thanks again, Marla > > ==>Marla, could your bladder symptoms be retracing per Hering's Law > > of Cures? Re-tracing symptoms happen on and off, depending upon previous episodes. Your body will go backwards in time through every previous symptom, illness, disease, injury, etc. > > I did by chance order some dessicated organ tablets (mixed organs - > Dr. Ron's) and it will be interesting to see how that affects me. Guest guest
Thanks Bee! It really didn't occur to me that it would be a retracing thing, but that does make sense. I'll check that article, but I do not believe that I have an actual infection - just " symptoms. " And I'll let y'all know how the Dr. Ron's stuff works with my body. Cheers! Guest guest
Oh, one more question I just thought of " after " I hit " send. " If this is a retracing type of thing, should I take the B anyway, even though it causes bladder spasms? Thanks! I don't believe in pushing your body either, and you shouldn't have to be miserable. Instead eat enough liver per week or take dessicated liver. Let us know how you do on alternatives to B complex. You only get a " copy of it " . For example when retracing pneumonia tests wouldn't find any bacteria like the original pneumonia which is caused by a bacteria.
