For me, that was a clue that something was wrong with carbs for me and I found this group through searching/reading online. It has been years since I ever was diagnosed with a " yeast infection " and even then the Dr. said she wasn't sure as there was both yeast and bacteria there but treated it since I complained of itching. Anyway now I know it was lurking all along as I have had more die- off with this diet and now antifungals. The only way for you to know is to jump into the diet and see if the yeast in you cries out with symptoms. I am just grateful I found this program before I got really sick! +Corinne

Guest guest
I've never had a vaginal yeast infection, did have a bad infection in my nails. A yeast infection doesn't have to be external, you can have a yeast infection in your gut, your heart (my theory on a lot of heart attacks) you lungs, your brain, your nails (like I did) don't nessesarily relate yeast infection to one place > > > > how many people on here have candida without yeast infections? > > Is it really uncommon to not have them if you have candida? > > Please respond. Guest guest
> > how many people on here have candida without yeast infections? > Is it really uncommon to not have them if you have candida? > Please respond. I need to figure this out. > Hi , There are lots of people here who don't have yeast infections. There are many men here and people who's main issues are oral thrush, sinus concerns, digestive issues, etc. etc. etc. The list literally goes on and on. This excerpt from Bee's main article might be of help: **How do you know you have candida? With such a wide variety of symptoms that mimic many other diseases, how do you know that your problem is candida overgrowth? Unfortunately most laboratory tests cannot confirm the presence of candida. The reason is because candida is a normal inhabitant in all our bodies and everyone will have a certain number of yeast antibodies which are produced by a healthy immune system to keep yeast under control. Therefore the most effective method of determining whether you have candida overgrowth is by taking Dr. Crook's Questionnaire at: http://www.mall-net.com/cgibin/quiz4.cgi?quiz=crook.qa However, even if you do not have candida yet you are very ill, if you follow the main principles of this diet and take the basic supplements recommended you will improve your health tremendously. This is a " healing " program, just as much as it is a candida program. Your body does not get sick from a lack of drugs; it gets sick from a lack of nutrients plus an overload of toxins, which includes drugs. **** try doing Dr. Crook's questionare at the link above and see if it helps you figure things out. jackie

I need to figure this out. thanks! ==>, you can take Dr. Crook's Candida Questionnaire - it is in my article, which also explains all about candida; please read it first and you will understand. Or see our Folder " Candida, All About " . ==>Yeast infection? Do you meant a vaginal yeast infection? Because many men, children and babies have candida but they do not have vaginal yeast. There are numerous symptoms of yeast overgrowth that do not involve vaginal yeast. See my article or our Folder " Candida, Symptoms " . Guest guest
- I have rarely had a vaginal yeast infection in my life, but instead had gut problems and terrible fatigue mostly. However, while healing, I seem to have developed a couple of yeast infections - only after starting the program. I know toxins are trying to escape every which way they can. Same exact scenario with thrush. Ick. This diet has been amazing for my recovery and even my husband who has not been sick has benefited tremendously. ~Anita sabrinasusen <sabrinasusen@...> wrote: how many people on here have candida without yeast infections?
