Guest guest
Just wanted to make some comments about my fasting experience (water only), which is on its 4th day. As usual, it has made me feel very good, gotten rid of the brain fog that I had after the sauna, I feel very light on my feet, and cleaned out. No one would even guess that I am fasting, as I have been able to run around town and do all my normal chores with the normal amounts of energy! I have not felt the least bit hungry, tired, or fatigued as a result of the fast itself. I just checked my breasts for signs of the rash that I usually get on a fast, and so far, no rash! I have been waiting for the day that I can fast with no evidence of toxins coming out through my skin there. Hopefully there won't be a rash anymore. I will probably finish up my fast tomorrow on day 5, and slowly start juicing fresh fruits and veggies in my new Green Life juicer on January 7th. , if you want some tips on doing a 3 day fast, what I would do is probably pick a period of time when you know you won't be heavily active, but quite busy--do you have a sit down job at work? What you want is to be busy, so you don't think about food, but not active to the point of exhaustion. I find that if I work in the office at home and do my running around town that I just don't have time to eat anyway, so I don't even realize I've missed it. After you have fasted for a few times and it becomes old hat, it is much easier. When you are first experiencing a fast, you tend to go through some serious junk food cravings (I still do, but not nearly as bad), and you need to have the willpower to fight them. That is why you need to be into a project that commands your full attention. Let me know if you decide to tackle this exercise in self discipline. You might find that it is truly rewarding!
