I am still amazed at how much food can affect us. Whoever said " you are what you eat " must have had candida, maybe it was Bee! Guest guest
> > Today I was blessed with energy for the first time in several weeks. Yesterday was such a rough day for me that I thought I would be down for several days in a row due to the poor diet choices I made on Thursday. I would never have imagined that one day of low fat could cause me to have so many odd feelings: chills, lethargy, brain fog and a severe headache. All day yesterday, I concentrated on high fat and moderate protein. I only had a small amount of carbs from salsa, eggs and the lemon in my electrolyte drink. I went to bed last night around 12:30 am and by 8:30 am, I was wide awake and feeling energetic. I cleaned out my fridge (it was in desperate need as there was still some stuff in there that I shouldn't have), did two loads of laundry, went to the grocery store, and played outside a while with the dog. What a difference 24 hrs can make! ==>Lori, I'm so happy for you. Way to go girl!! You'll be such a sassy diva you could even surpass me. LOL! with Metta & Lotsa hugs, Bee
