Guest guest
Zuchinni and sphaghetti squash are not allowed????? Deb [ ] How come tomato but not squash? Why is tomato allowed in the diet, but not zuchinni and sphaghetti squash? Can I still eat tomato even though it makes my joints ache a bit? With the tomato allowance it allows me to come up with more meal options, like chili for instance. Thanks,

It would be great if they were allowed because I like them both. I thought Zuchinni and squash was allowed on low protein diets, that's why I'm suprised that tomatoes (which have some carbs) are listed while squash isnt. Hopefully I'm mistaken. > > > > >

With the tomato allowance it allows me to come up with more meal options, like chili for instance. ==>Sorry, zucchini should be included, so I am just fixing the files. Cherry tomatoes contain 5.77 carbs which is low and spaghetti squash contains 7.8 which is borderline. Bee >
