Guest guest
I recommend this book to anyone on the candida diet, especially if you can tolerate dairy (which I cannot but there are still many recipes I can make). I make a bread using almonds, sunflower seeds and eggs and I can have sandwiches now. There are even recipes for chocolate cake and cookies. But these recipes are very low carb and healthy so you could even eat for breakfast. http://www.e-lyte.com/main/products/sdetoxxbook.htm - the patients detoxx book has the recipes. The doctors book is worth a read too. There is a fried chicken recipe in there but it calls for " Vitol egg protein powder " which I'm having a hard time finding in Canada. I will type it out for you if you want. Need chicken recipe Ok I am really tired of eating chicken the same way. Does anyone have ANY candida friendly chicen recipes they can share? No dairy, wheat, oat, etc. Thanks, Ellen

I will check out the link. Thanks very much. Ellen
