Guest guest
I am one of the lucky people that get a yeast infection every month before my period. I am young and have been dealing with yeast infections ever since I became sexual active (age 15, sorry mom!). But I am now almost 19, and still have not done a damn thing about it. Anyway, I can't go on that candida diet because I saw it before and I don't eat meat and I am picky. So do I have to follow that or shall I suffer the rest of my life with yeast infections that occasionally, the OTC treatment doesn't even work. I am scheduling a gyno soon, but I really don't know what can be done to help me. I could read a bunch of other posts, but I am too tired. THANK YOU FOR YOUR RESPONSES.
