Guest guest
Hi Where did you get instructions on how to flush? I take 1 tablespoon of epsom salts in 3/4 cup of water at 6pm and 8pm the night of the flush, followed by two more doses at 6am and 8 am the following morning. I have no problems going. I take 1/2 cup of olive oil mixed with 3/4 cup of freshly squeezed grapefruit juice to push the stones out. I've layed on my right side for some flushes and on my back for the others and have found no difference in the amount of stones that I get out. You can try doing an enema to see if you get anything out. I also got no stones out my first or third flushes. Guest guest
Hi Rick, I used one of the recipes in the curezone site. Most of them had varying degrees of lemon to olive oil ratios, and some used epsom salts, others did not. Some said lie on your back, others on your side, and one of them said to " walk around all night " . Since I got no stones, I guess that means that my first flush was in vain...that's a little discouraging. > > > > > > > > It's 12:56pm and I still haven't seen any stones as a result of > > last night's flush, which makes me wonder whether I did something > > wrong. > > > > I fasted all day yesterday (I only had 2 apples for breakfast), I > > took 2 tbspns of Epsom salts at 6pm, followed by another one at 8pm. > > Then at bedtime (~11:30pm) I took 1/2 a cup of olive oil, along with > > 3-4 squeezed lemmons. Guest guest
No flush is in vain. You took a HUGE step in regaining your health. And even though you might not have seen stones, you still release toxins, which is a great thing. Did you see any chaff or anything unusual? If you're still not having bowel movements, you can try another dose of epsom salts.....try 1 tablesoon in 3/4 cup of water. Just don't overdo the epsom salts, they're very dehydrating. Warm water with lemon might help too. The first three flushes I did were via the Hulda instructions. Now I do the flush recommended by s Moritz, which is basically the same thing only with colonics/colemas the day of the flush and a couple of days afterwards. He skips the orinthine and the parasite cleanse. I also eat seasoned oatmeal(adding nothing with fat) around 1pm the day of the flush. Another thing I do is ask my body to release as much as possible without making me real ill. I stopped counting, but have gotten over 20,000 stones out in 22 flushes along with thousands of parasites and yeast. Occasionally, I do an apple cider vinegar enema. The candida comes pouring out. I use Braggs acv. My body is healing because I'm allowing it to by cleaning it up. I can basically eat whatever I want now as long as I don't go WAYYY overboard and don't snack late at night. Last year before starting the cleansing, I couldn't touch a slice of bread without a bad reaction. I can now eat bread as well as ice cream, pizza, potatoes, pasta, bananas, apples and many other things. I do still have trouble with foods that are loaded with chemicals, but can tolerate them if I need to. I did this without using the supplements that most use. I drink 2 to 4 cups of Pau d Arco daily and cleanse. That's it. You'll get there. I know because I was a real mess. So bad that at one point I was sleeping around 16 hours per day and not very aware of what was going on around me when I was up. Guest guest
Hi : My question is the same as Rick's - where did you get your instructions for the flush? In any that I have done involving epsom salts, you also have to take another couple of doses of epsom salts in the morning at 6 and 8 am. And don't be discouraged - sometimes you don't get stones but apparently thre is still movement of stones within the liver and next time your flush will most probably be productive. In the meantime, I would also encourage you to do an enema too - sometimes I have gotten lots of chaff and stones out that way. cheers - p Re: No stones yet - did I do something wrong? > > > > > Hi Rick, > > I used one of the recipes in the curezone site.
