Guest guest
Hi, Makes sense - sometimes I have tomato juice when I'm out, and I used to be ok with it, but now it makes me feel really bad-tempered and off-colour...I'm sure there must be citric acid in tomato juice and that's why... Best wishes, Jane --- LILLY <lillygreekcypro@...> wrote: --------------------------------- >all i know is citric acid is a form of yeast soo it shouldnt be taken i read about it feeding the yeast for example they use citric acid in teas and in oil like flaxseed i make sure to get it with out citric acid its liek a natural perservative =) thats all i know iam not an expert xoxoxo not sure if i helped u any? > > Hi Lilly -- > > Very interesting, what you've noted here. I don't recall ever having any trouble (candida reactions) after having had that mixture; but then again I don't think I've taken it on empty stomach for some years now. The best way to test anything suspicious is on an empty stomach, as far as candida are concerned. > > I make a good test subject for detecting sugars/fermentation, in case anyone is interested. For example: I get candida 'drunk and miserable' on ThreeLac, which contains only 1 gram of sugar, taken from red beet powder. This reacton happens within one minute for me. > > In any case, I don't get any adverse reactions from taking either of the Alka-Seltzer remedies that I've posted on this thread. In fact, they've both made my life so much better to the point where I've felt compelled to share them with everyone I know. > > > Cecilia > :+) > > ------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------------- > Re: A really good relief measure for candida brain fog/drunkenness > > > > >citric acid feeds yeast -- it's a form of yeast =) > > ----------------------------------------------------------------- -------------- > > > Alka-Seltzer Heartburn Relief contains, per tablet: > > > > Citric Acid: 1000 mg. > > Sodium Bicarbonate (heat-treated): 1940 mg. > =================================================== > > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] >
