Guest guest
Hi Duncan, I just got back my intestinal permeability testing from Great Smokies and my leaky gut has healed. I also got back my Comprehensive Digestive Stool Analysis and my yeast is at a normal level (1+). It also showed no parasites or eggs. This is after five months of rotating antifungals and anti-candida diet, etc. etc. However, my lactobacillus and bifidobacteria are very low. Lactobacillus was at zero and bifido was at 1+ (bifido should be at 4+)!! In order to keep the yeast from taking over again, and get some healthy bacteria growing, my plan is to take vsl#3 and add in some inulin. What do you think of this? Dosage? Should I also take Primal Defense? How about a natural antifungal just to be preventative? Thanks again...
