Guest guest Report post Posted March 18, 2004 Hi , Yeast Fighters were the first anti-fungals that I took. I took them for about six months along with the liquid GSE and followed the diet. It worked well, as it seemed alot of my symptoms eased. I now switch between the yeast fighters and fungal defense.
