It says work up to 3 or 4x but my stomach is not empty that many times per day and 3-4x seems like overkill. (Andre Moritz on Curezone says to use Colosan just once a day.) Most things say Colosan is 4x cheaper but it does of course depend how much of each you use. I think the 3-4x/day is to get rid of the theoretical " impacted " stuff which I don't really believe exists. I just want to kill candida and it did kill some. But it's definitely a long-term thing, as killing off some stuff and cleansing does not change much short-term. So I will keep taking it once a week. They get oxygen into it that kills candida and really cleans. Others here could give you a more scientific explanation. What is the best way to do it after the initial 4 day cleanse, is that long enough? I sure don't want to take it every day.
