Guest guest Posted October 6, 2006 Report Share Posted October 6, 2006 hello all, i'm doing the best i can to stick to an acceptable diet but i'm having a lot of trouble with my weight. i was 5'4 " 107lbs so i didn't have a lot to lose to begin with. i cut out sugar and carbs, and although my diet still needs improvement i've already dropped to 101lbs. i look sick- i've actually had someone tell me they thought i was anorexic and my clothes are starting to fall off me. does anyone know how i can keep weight on? i have protein with every meal, i don't deprive myself at all, i eat whenever i'm hungry and a lot of the time when i'm not. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated- - Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
