Just a quick background.I was BORN with bronchitis, had it EVERY year

growing up (I was a swimmer.) and my son inherited my pulmonary problems. He

had croup, and pneumonia before he was 2, and by the time he was 3 had

allergy induced asthma. It is ALL about the immune system. Some people are

susceptible to stomach issues, some head/chest, etc.. ours is definitely

chest!

Here's what we do today, and why we are all perfectly healthy: First and

foremost, we take potent, high quality vitamin/mineral supplements from

Usana Health Sciences- everyday. That got rid of all of our chest problems,

my son's asthma, and as long as we take them consistently, we stay healthy.

(Two times we slacked, the kids got sick). We also use a shower filter to

filter out chlorine. We drink distilled water. I do not clean with harsh

chemicals. We have a whole house Pureatech filter as well as AirWise room

air purifiers that we just got for when we move.

I cannot stress enough the vitamins. I was very skeptical until we used them

and saw the vast difference. Do not pick and choose different vitamins from

the health food store. You need whole body, synergistically working vitamins

for optimum health. Do not treat different disorders with different

vitamins. You need them all. Once you give the body what it needs, it will

heal itself.

Best of health to you all!

Have a blessed day!
