People with disabilities need information about their special needs,

but that is often difficult to find, especially since two major

publications for this audience have recently closed up shop. According

to advocate Betty Easler, changes in the workplace and in federal laws

are making it more important than ever for the disabled to have access

to the facts. That's why she has started http://www.EnabledOnline.com, a

new Internet site serving the needs of people with disabilities. Says
