Guest guest
Rainy, How about yogurts, fresh veggies such as carrots sticks, celery sticks, green peppers, cucumbers and such. Can she eat cheese alternatives like tofu cheese? Can she eat wheat or is that a problem? If not then try cheese and crackers ......just some thoughts... Guest guest
I usually make a chicken salad, moistened with good quality mayo (I've noticed some recipes on some candida websites). I put all kinds of veggies into it---bell peppers, even habanero peppers (although I expect your daughter might not want those--lol). I used to make it as a sandwich, using spinach instead of lettuce, but now I'm going to put it in a little tupperware, sans bread, and eat it like that. You could do tuna salad in that manner as well. Hope that helps, Anne On 12/30/03 6:58 PM, " RubeeRed002@...
