Guest guest Posted August 22, 2006 Report Share Posted August 22, 2006 I have a really ignorant question since I am new at this and only been on the diet for 3 weeks, but what does yeast die off look like? Last night I coughed up this white jelly looking stuff that was not like mucus but more like tapioca pudding. Could this be yeast? I don't think that I have seen any from my urine and I have had a hysterectomy so I don't get alot of discharge. So my question is where will it come from and what should it look like? I have been taking garlic and oil of oregano and oil of coconut all as antifungals so I think I should start to see die off and I have been following this diet very strickly. Thanks for your help.
