Guest guest
I've started doing a series of enemas to try to get my colon more healthy and to assist in this candida elimination process. Before started when doing the spit test, the saliva sunk, but slowly. A couple days in to this enema series, and I've done the spit test again, but the spit sinks immediately and quickly to the bottom. Is this a good or bad sign? Would enemas cause yeast to get worse like this before it got better? Carolyn

Enemas wouldn't cause the yeast to increase its growth, but they would help your body get rid of the toxins that yeast produces. Bee
