Guest guest
Does anyone have severe anixety associated with candidiasis? I have been following the diet and taking supplments for a few about 6 months now. I do really well, then I sort of fall of my wagon. And have to start all over. Right now, I'm really off my wagon! I did notice that when I'm sugar, flour (all that bad stuff) free that I have next to no anixety. Just looking for some support and others stories if any. Guest guest
Anxiety? For sure Tammy. But since following the Candida diet and taking Rhodiola - suggested by my Naturopath - (he said there are lots of natural remedies for anxiety - I wish I'd known years ago) - my anxiety is almost nil these days. And I don't plan to take the Rhodiola forever but it did make my Christmas go smoother. ----- Original Message ----- From: " healingmylife " < > Does anyone have severe anixety associated with candidiasis? Guest guest
a really bad case of candida can definitely cause anxiety! that has been the case with me. i found that my moods are extremely sensitive to whatever food i eat, and that i can't tolerate sugars, grains, high carb veggies at all. once i delete them, i feel alot more 'even'. before i knew what it was, i thought i was manic depressive or something, and had developed a bad case of bulimia due to uncontrollable food cravings. this candida thing can do really wierd things to you! hang in there... its worth it. i know i feel a hell of a lot better. aliqaesong > Does anyone have severe anixety associated with candidiasis?
