I have been reading s Moritz posts in the " Ask s Moritz "

section of the above website.

He addresses candida a lot (as a lot of people ask about it). It is

very interesting and I recommend reading through the archives.

I'm starting to look at my health problems from a whole different angle

now and feel hope finally.

I think you're on the right track. " the key to health " has a short

section devoted to candida... If I recall, he basically says to focus

on cleansing, digestion, and overall health, then the candida can be

cured in a few days (after everything else is done). I can't speak

for s, I believe that his approach is that the body uses

candida as a crutch because its systems are not functioning,

therefore trying to kill candida or starve are futile and

counterproductive in the long long term (even if you clear it the

short term). once you have restored body functions, the will

automatically (or with a little help) clear the candida. i do

believe this. many will not. I would not have even six months ago.

much changes in time.

I believe that in order to really heal from this long-term, one must look at all

systems of the body and truly make a life change with diet and really make

changes that are long term. It's really a balancing act, the middle path.....

Cleaning up such a problem as this, has been for me, life altering down to the

core of who I am. I realize I cannot go back to the bad choices of what I was

doing to get myself here in the first place. Have been reading on Curezone.com

a lot.

This is my first post, even though I have been lurking for a month. I can tell

you, that I feel so much better now. It has been worth any sacrifice to feel

this good again!

I have dropped my high carb/sugar(in any form) cravings that I never thought I

could. It gets easier, as I find things I can eat and enjoy. I just try and

keep it simple with my diet. I was very sick, getting worse all the time, bed

ridden most of the time and miserable for a very long time. I believe it was

affecting multiple organs, including heart, bladder, and my brain, among other

various symptoms. I was in big trouble and pretty much resigned to never getting

well and having no answers to what was wrong with me. The Doctors were no help.

I can think so much more clearly now, I'm not in pain, I can get up and do

things now.

I just did my second liver cleanse today. I did one two weeks ago too. It was

really a good one, and it made me feel really good, after it was all over. The

body always wants to go towards a state of health, we just have to help get it

going in the right direction...

Take Care,

Gretchen
