Colonics is the best way to get them out. If you can't afford them, a

colema board is second best.

Colema boards go for around $130 including shipping. If you're

interested in making your own, I can email you the plans. Mine cost

around $50.

Hi, Rick, I would like you to send me the plans for the colema board if you

would.

Thanks much,

Bruce

Hi Kari

I'm just finishing up my 8th liver flush this morning. I've read that

around 90% of the population has liver/gallstones.

I've had them get stuck in my colon. I had extreme fatigue, and minor

pain in the left side of my abdomen.

Colonics cleans out your colon. And it is a great thing to have done.

I suggest you fo to www.curezone.com and read up on what flushes, and

cleanses are. While you're there, also check out the " bowel

cleanse " , " enema and hydrotherapy " , " liver flush " , and the " ask

andreas " forums.

But how do you know if you have these stones, and that they got

stuck? I'm assuming that these are gallbladder stones as opposed to

kidney stones?

Hi SlickRick,

I'm trying to understand. I can see how stones can get stuck in the

itty-bitty ducts of the liver, but how can they get stuck in the colon?
