Hi ,

I'm in my thirties now and for more than twenty of those years

discounted my problems to allergies. I tried mattress covers, allergy

shots, pills, the septoplasty helped enormously (deviated septum would

not allow any drainage of my sinuses_, but what i'm seeing it all come

down to is candida. I've been on an anti candida health plan for nearing

on a year now - most importantly, NO SUGAR, NO BREADS, NO VINEGARS, NO

DAIRY - and unless I stray back to anything with the latter ingredients,

the allergy symptoms (swelling hands / feet, allergies to outdoors and

dust mites...) are all pretty much gone. I've also had insane luck using

pharmax's synbiotic intense. i just clamored about this on here

yesterday. but seriously, after the first week of using it my lower back

pains in the morning disappeared! i'm not exagerating and they had been

getting progressively worse for a year and a half! i thought it was back

issues, not candida build up! i had no clue. also, tingling sensations

gone. i also do weekly chelation foot baths and the yeast is still

POURING out. So, I plan on following this plan for probably another

year.

If I were you, given all of my experiences since I was a kid (many not

mentioned but all connected to this candida condition!), I'd highly

recommend you get with a doctor in your area who gets it, and begin

candida treatment. Here's a great home test you can do to evaluate your

likelihood of having candida,

http://www. .org/candidatests.html. i'd also recommend if

this looks right to you, that you get dr. crook's book, the candida

connection. it outlines in easy terms what's going on and what you can

do to help.

once you clear out the candida your system will work more efficiently.

if you deal with just the one allergy, you may find yourself like me

suddenly - allergic reactions to everything that you used to be fine

with! seriously. candida. hope this helps.

Re: best bed cover for dust mite ?

Hi all:

I think I may be allergic to mites also. Or is it mold? Or is it all

kinds of dust? Or is it food? Or candida? As you can see I'm very

confused. I've been trying to figure this out for years and am still

not sure. Maybe it's " all of the above. " Am also investigating weak

adrenals as a possible cause of constant phlegm/inflammation in lungs.

I'd like to hear what other's symptoms are like. How do you react to

dust mites? My main problem has always been lots of phlegm in the

chest and throat clearing etc. -especially in the morning. I bought

mite covers for the pillows a year ago and didn't notice any

improvement. Maybe it wasn't enough.

Thanks!

I have never heard of chelation foot baths, are they something you can safely do

at home?

michael it's definitely best to listen to your body and your intuition

and follow their guidance! it sounded like you were on the fence and i

just know that there are a lot of good treatments and many not so good.

i thought maybe you had had some bad experiences healing due to that.

but if you think it's allergies and adrenals you definitely should take

care of those and make sure your immune system is happy again! best

wishes.

Re: best bed cover for dust mite ?

Hi and thanks much for the comments.

As I stated in another message, I've been deakling with this for

years. I have tried MANY natural candida treatments and no-sugar, low-

carb diets etc etc and I'v enever felt any different. Which leads me

to wonder if I even have candida anymore. Maybe just allergies and

weak adrenals. Time for some more testing I guess. I'm not sure about

that spit test into the glass of water..seems like everyone fails

that, and then Threelac gets to sell more product. As for the written

tests (and books -I've read just about all of 'em) I usually flunk

them. Very confusing........

Thanks again,

Your problem with dust mites should go away once your immune system is

stronger. I would attack the cause, not the symptom.

You most probably have leaky gut and candida overgrowth. Treat those

and the other problems should go as they are a symptom only.

Have you made absolutely certain that you need the steroids? Have you

tried a second or third medical opinion?

Are you taking something to help your liver?

Keen

Re: best bed cover for dust mite ?

Gayle:

That sounds like me. I've also considered that I probably have liver

congestion, which would also explain my severe indecision (according

to TCM theory)...

-m

lung inflammation for a long time. My kinesiologist says it is from

exhausted adrenals and congested liver.

You must be patient, these things take time. The liver heals very

slowly, but usually very well.

Keen

Re: best bed cover for dust mite ?

Hi Keen:

Currently I'm taking some milk thistle from Planetary Formulas. I've

used a few TCM liver formulas in the past, like " Free and Easy

Wanderer, " with not much results. Maybe I didn't give it enough time

(as usual).....

Thanks,
