Guest guest Posted November 15, 2005 Report Share Posted November 15, 2005 My daughter and I have both gone on the Craig diet plan but every meal has some form of bread and some sugars...since we both need to lose the weight and the program seems logical with much success for so many [my daughter is doing great] but I don't know which way to turn. For the longest time I have discontinued sugar, all flours and white rice and now they are all back in my diet [as is the itching].
