Guest guest
Wow Lesley, that was a lot of information in a single post . Perhaps you could ease into all those supplements instead of taking them all at once? > update from a newbie > > I joined a couple of weeks ago then promptly went to Paris on > vacation. Guest guest
Well, I planned on that when I went to the store. But, I talked a lot with the herbalist and she made several points that convinced me to do what I am doing. Her opinion was that cleaning without supporting was kind of pointless. Without the clean the instestinew stuff would just go through and without the intestinew stuff and GSE only the buildup would flush not the bacteria. It sounds like alot, but perhaps I am just wordy :$ I listed the ingredients lists in case anyone wanted to know. LOL! It's basically one double-mixed drink a day plus a GSE pill and vitamins. All done once a day. So not too bad short term. I'm not sure I'd like this long-term though. Perhaps I can find a more complete vitamin/mineral supplement program that includes everything in one pill. Is there such a silver bullet? LOL! Today I feel really good and my bowels seem to have regulated. Or maybe they have plateaued. LOL! Lesley > Wow Lesley, that was a lot of information in a single post . Guest guest
I agree with DJ that it might help to take it slowly. I have an excellent doctor, but he loaded me up with a ton of supplements. As it turned out, I developed a severe case of hives and my other symptoms just got worse. He added additional supplements to try and address the new problems. Finally, after a three-week rotation diet, I found that I was having an allergic reaction to the mega-doses of Folic acid he prescribed. He still has trouble believing that Folic acid could have caused the problem, but it definitely did. If you load up on supplements all at one time, like I did, you could have an adverse reaction and not be able to tell what is hurting or helping. After that, I plan to only introduce one thing at a time and give enough time to see if it is helping before adding other supplements.
