Guest guest
Duncan, I always get so lost on these messages. But with all those supplements, does a person have room left for a meal? The liver flushes are very unpleasant, unless you have an easier one to handle? I know they are very beneficial, just hard to prime yourself to do one. Re: ) Wobenzym...inflamation & pain ---Duncan Getting well only partly means taking supplements; you would be well advised to do at least a dozen liver flushes to reduce toxin load, and I think that if you could deal with the dysbiosis and the candida as well the inflammation will reduce quite a bit on its own. The biggest inflammation fighters in my opinion, in order of clinical importance are glutathione (cold-processed whey and selenium) and other antioxidants as a group, dietary restriction of unsaturated and polyunsaturated oils particularly omega-6 LA plus taking supplemental more EPA and DHA, potassium, magnesium and other minerals (PH and oxygenation normalisers, edema control), Tansfer Factor (controls overactive immune system reponse), metabolic enzymes. That being said, every adult, even those without much detectable inflammation, would benefit from an occasional metabolic enzyme program because it will also reduce blood coagulation and spontaneous clotting, dissolve some plaque out of the arteries, reduce scars, adhesions, endometriosis, fibrosis which the main cause of organ failure in the elderly, increase circulation, that kind of thing. In terms of fibromyalgia, sure if you can increase microcirculation you can easily experience less pain; enzymes work on angina that way. Consider also that a third of fibro patients are low on HGH release; to increase HGH release we use SomaLife gHP. A dead giveaway on metabolic disorder is body shape, muscle tone and body mass index. Here's a valuable page; make sure you see the video and follow the links out to the doctors' audio archives on it in the downloads section of http://Philaero- Wellness. com I really think that the liver flushes, whey, inulin and selenium are an important first step.
