Guest guest
If you have an open mind and want to read about curing the underlying conditions that led to your candida overgrowth (which will permanently cure the overgrowth), read " the key to health and rejuvenation " by andreas moritz. soon after reading about the " candida diet " I began having doubts about it, something told me there had to be a better way. and there is. s is probably not the only person really approaching this issue in a truly holistic way, but he puts everything together unlike anyone I have read. It can hurt to at least read the book. johng > After having Candida problems for two years, changed doctors four > times, earlier this year I found a doctor who believed in Candida. Sounds interesting as several of my clients swear by Megahydrin, which is an oral product from Dr. Flanagan. Duncan Crow

Guest guest
I am new to this.. But I have major candida problems.. I have had this for about 8 years but can't find a doctor that understands what I am going through.. I have tried to diet but my cravings are soo bad, and head aches, and if I don't eat the carbs feel like I am going to faint. I have all the classic symptoms plus some. Need someone to talk to. Don't know what to do.. Chelle > > > > > > After having Candida problems for two years, changed doctors four > > times, earlier this year I found a doctor who believed in Candida. Guest guest
Prebiotic, I am not quite sure but yes to the probiotics. But my problems is not taking them regularly. I am now putting remimders on my outlook to help me. As far as the hydrogen or vitamin IVs, it was like an other IV you would get at the hospital but instead it was filled with a hydrogen mixture. I did it so often that I probably looked like a drug user with all these holes in the crook of my arm. I wouldn't recommend the hydrogen IV if you are starting to fill ill. I did it and it accelrated the flu. > > > > > > After having Candida problems for two years, changed doctors four > > times, earlier this year I found a doctor who believed in Candida. Guest guest
There are lot of food manufactures that are starting to get into the Carb control diets. Just look around your grocery stores. But read the labels to see if they contain yeast. Check the carb and sugar contents My diet contained of protein. No pork though. I tried to stick with everything organic. No simple carbohydrates: potatoes, pasta, white rice, anything white is a good rule. No food with sugar including fruits. I ate plenty of veggies but No vegetables with yeast; mushrooms... No dairy; I substituted For sugar: Splenda or Stevia Rice: brown rice bread: Pepperidge farm makes a bread that is less than 2% yeast in it. salad dressing: lime/lemon juice with sea salt or I loved smashed up avocados as a dressing. I snacked on seasoned nut mixed; pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds, cashers, and pistachios. I would buy wheat tortillas cut them up and bake them. Those where my chips. Almond butter on the organic yeast free waffels was always yummy. Those are just some of the things I did. > could you tell me your diet and an example of what you eat???? h
Guest guest
I understand everything. After my three months my yeast count was at the right level and my toxins disappeared so I thought it really worked. After month I had little relapse and I went to the doctor right away. He told me that I could be my husband. I have read often that your sex partner can pass it back and forth to you. So I asked my husband to slow down on his cokes. He has now completely stop drinking cokes and he hates sweets so maybe this will help me. > >> > >> > >>After having Candida problems for two years, changed doctors four > >>times, earlier this year I found a doctor who believed in > Candida. Guest guest
I am loving this group thing. I really thought I was the only one that was going through this. Before I found my doctor in March, I was getting really depressed and felt gross all the time. It didn't help being married. I wouldn't want to get near my husband. Like I said earlier that I went through different doctors. They put me on all kinds of medicine. When the second doctor told me that she is putting me on the last thing she could think of, I realized that there is something more to it. I thought my problem is extreme. So I knew I had to fine somebody out of the box. I went to an acupuncturist. The experience was cool but after three sessions and tons of herbal vitamins, I spent nearly $500. I could no longer afford to see her. My last doctor pissed me off. She lectured me about going to the acupuncturist. I told her the traditional methods have not worked. She also told me that I would need to see a Chronic Disease Specialist. At the end of the session I was yelling and laughing at her at the same time. I know two doctors in the Dallas area that treat candida. I don't know where you live? But if in Dallas I can suggest them > > > > > > > > > After having Candida problems for two years, changed doctors four > > > times, earlier this year I found a doctor who believed in > Candida.
