Hi there

When you take Aloe Gel, it's best first thing in the

morning on an empty stomach, 2fl oz daily will assist

digestion. Aloe contains a cocktail of vitamins

minerals and amino acids.

Benefits of drinking Aloe Vera Gel

Natural Cleanser

Penetrates Tissue

Analgesic-Relieves Pain

Bactericidal

Virucidal

Fungicidal

Anti-inflammatory

Anti-pruritic-Stops itching

Provides Micro Nutrients

Keratolytic-Breaks down and digests dead tissue

Stimulates cell division-Hastens healing

Moisturises Tissue

Aloe is not pleasant to take, it has a bitter taste. I

take mine like a Tequella Slammer, down in one lol.

Wishing you well

whether gel or the liquid, how are you supposed to

take aloe? Empty stomach,

to maximize the concentration?

Sounds like a good rule of thumb to me. I take mine right before I leave for

work about an hour after I ate.

I have to take a lot of " nasty " stuff - aloe vera included. I just use a

mini-whipper and whip a lot of air into whatever I'm going to drink and

believe it or not, you can hardly taste it going down!!

Hi DJ

You would be better taking the Aloe before you eat, at

least 30mins. This will allow better absorption. . ---

Thanks Penny for that tip, in fact I noticed that when

I did the liver flush, I whisked the olive oil and the

grapefruit juice until it was thick and creamy and

that went down without any problems.

I use and recommend Body Balance now because it contains a wealth of

nutrients that are not present in Aloe Vera. It contains Aloe gel,

and also fucoidans, which have healing properties equal to the

acemannans found in aloe, enzymes, sea vegetable chlorophyll and

other phytonutrients. The nutrients are in very bioavailable ionic

form, as an organic, vegetarian cold-juiced liquid product.

The free trial bottle is still available, value $35; and you pay only

shipping.

The research on the fucoidans is mounted on my website; find it by

Hi Duncan

I would be interested if you could give me a list of

nutrients that are not present in Aloe Vera.

I've been distributing Aloe for over two years now,

and the health benefits have been unbelievable.

You are right. I find it hard to remember to take it later in the day

before meals and I already have a few things I take before breakfast so

right now I'm doing it after. I'll switch back to before after I'm done

with this bottle of Body Balance I've been taking when I first wake up.

Don't liquids get absorbed well either way? I know it is better before

meals.

Digestion can take several hours, depending what you

have eaten, especially if you have mixed protein and

carbs. Aloe is alkali and does not require large

amounts of digestive juices, So taking it after you

have eaten will most probably destroy the benefits of

taking it.

If you eat before eight at night and have a carb or a

protein meal balanced with vegetables or salad,

digestion will take a shorter time, then you could

take your Aloe just before going to bed.

thanks. But I tried it in a personal experiment of n=1 and it seemed to do no

good.
