Guest guest
When you have thrush, two symptoms are an altered taste and a dry mouth. I thought it was more metallic (metal) tasting myself. I think diet is the best place to start dealing with this condition. Guest guest
Hello, This is my first post after lurking for a few days. I've been on candida diet about 2 months, still learning what foods are OK and what foods are not. I think I have had candida since age 10 after 3 bouts of antibiotics for nephritis. I was depressed and cried lot after that and had other symptoms. I am feeling better and better with intermittent bouts of die off and/or reactions to food, sometimes it is clear which it is and sometimes I cannot tell. Anyway, I was inspired to answer because I wonder if she recently quit taking caffeine as part of her candida diet. I quit coffee about 6 years ago and you describe the reactions I had as I was withdrawing from caffeine. Maybe not the diarrhea but definitely the taste, the dry mouth, the irritability and depression. But it was short lived. Thanks for everything I have been learning from you all. I've never been in a forum of any kind before, so that is new to me also. kellykebby wrote: > Hi, I was wondering if anyone here got these symptoms with candida or > > msg or any other cause, I have been having a horribly dry mouth, > diarrhea and plastic taste in my mouth, irritability, depression, > etc. The worst thing is the dryness and plastic taste in my mouth. > Can anyone relate to this?
