Hey Duncan-

Would you view it as imperative that before any does any natural remedies

for a Candida overgrowth that a comprehensive bowel cleanse is in order to

increase absorption of nutrients and to jump start ones fight in the battle

of candida overgrowth??...

I have helped a few people battle candida and I have had the best results

when first doing an intestinal cleanse. The one I use and recommend is Dr.

Schulzes IC#1 and IC#2. Inexpensive and very effective. There is obviously

more than one way to skin a cat but I feel that an intestinal cleanse should

precede any other nutritional program in order to increase the likelihood of

success.

What are your thought??

Mel, there are a lot of lushes. This is a good one:

It shouldn't remove much of the bowel bacteria from the bowel lining,

but numerically, all the flushes of course remove a lot of stool

bacteria by simply emptying your bowel.
