Guest guest
Cigarettes contain sugar and yeast! " Breast Cancer, Hope at Last " , by A.V. Constantini, M.D., Heinrich Wieland, M.D., Lars I. Qvick, M.D. " Also unexplained is how inhaled cigarette smoke causes extrapulmonary (not in the lung) cancers. Obviously, something in cigarettes is being absorbed into the blood stream through which it reaches these other organs. While the actual ingredients added to make cigarette tobacco is deemed to be a trade secret by the cigarette manufacturers. It has been ascertained by one of the authors of this book that yeasts and sugars are added to ferment the tobacco into the form which reaches consumers. Yeast and sugars are fungal growth promoters and also stimulate fungi to increase mycotoxin production. The still unanswered but important questions relative to how tobacco causes cancer appear to be answered in the 1968 report of Bock who discovered that fresh cut tobacco leaves from the five most commonly used tobacco plants failed to induce tumors in animals. Bock also found that " cured " (fungal fermented) tobacco leaf caused numerous cancers in animals. It was neither the heat factor, nor the tobacco paper, since unburnt tobacco caused as many cancers as burnt tobacco. In 1968, Van Duuran found the Mycotoxin-producing fungi Alternaria and Aspergillus niger in six brands of cigarettes but none in cigar tobacco. It is well known that cigarettes (from cut tobacco which has added yeast and sugar for flavor enhancement) cause cancer. Cigars made of rolled tobacco leaf cause much less cancers.... ....A marked increase of fungi in the mouths of cigarette smokers was reported by Cumming in 1990. Particularly increased were the numbers of Candida albicans and Torulopsis glabrata. Obviously, the more fungi, the more potential for the endogenous production of mycotoxins and fungal-produced nitrosamines.... " pg 68-70 The book is loaded with such info on cigarettes. " The Ultimate Healing System " , by Lepore, N.D. " Nicotine is the opposite molecule of Niacin. Another name for Niacin is Nicotinic Acid. With Nicotine, the Niacin in the brain is displaced and replaced with Nicotine, causing an addiction to the cigarettes. When the addicted person is not able to have the Nicotine, irritableness, depression or crabbiness are evident. This individual feels an inability to relax until after procuring " the fix " --a cigarette. The relaxation a person feels after having smoked a cigarette is due to the addiction to the Nicotine which has displaced the Niacin in the body. If a person wishing to stop smoking does it " cold turkey " , usually the body will start to put on weight. The reason for this is that the Niacin now needs to displace the Nicotine which is phasing out. Niacin is one of the " enrichments " in white bread, and this is why many people who stop smoking will start to search out starches which contain Niacin. By administering Niacin and Niacinamide, the person will not have cravings for starches, so the weight will not be gained if Niacinamide or Niacin is utilized. Guest guest
It's called ThreeLac. Typo on my first e-mail. Thanks. Luz Re: smoking, cleansing, flushes Glad to not be the only one. Finding that to be the most difficult thing to give up. I've given up everything else in the last 6 months but I've been struggling with the smoking. I'm about ready to have a go at it and I'm thinking of trying the patch and was hoping the same as you that perhaps with the flushing/cleansing it will be a little easier as hopefully I'll be flushing the nicotine out faster. Good luck, I know your struggle with this one. Sue Asli Kumcu <magnecho@...> wrote: Hi all -- Any current or ex smokers out there who found it much easier to quit after cleansing the body? I know it sounds bad, you should quit smoking to cleanse the body, but I get real crazy if I stop for even a few days. Most I could go was 2 week. I feel too " weak " , emotionally, to stop, due to recent events and health problems. I would like to quit soon, but after I get to a better emotional level. So has anyone had experience with this? Thanks very much! p.s. Please no anti smoking preaching! I already know all the facts... Asli
