Guest guest
Alvin- If I were you, I would. Liver flushing and following ayuverdic diet and lifestlye changes cured my candida overgrowth and brought me renewed health and vigor. I used to have atopic dermatitis, similar to eczema, it is now gone too. In addition to liver flushing, you may switch soap to a product called miracle 2 soap. it really helped me. g > Hello, I've been suffering from eczema for over a year now and i'm > sick of it. Guest guest
Dear ALvin I am following a similar regimen as john. I have done three liver flushes so far, follow ayurvedic lifestyle and agree that I no longer have many of the symptoms I had when I started. I do not and did not have to take any probiotics or prebiotics, antifungals...I do use Pao D'arco and green tea to help nourish and heal the long years of abusing my body, but other than that I am feeling well, energetic and am asked what have I done to look so good lately! There are lots of ways to go about this - but for my money, the liver flushes are inexpensive and work well. My skin has improved greatly but I think part of it is also the dry brushing and sesame oil massages. Deborah > > Hello, I've been suffering from eczema for over a year now and i'm > > sick of it. Hi Alvin, I've done one liver flush and am starting the apple juice for the second one today. Six days from now I'll do the second. My experience with the liver flush has been nothing but positive. There was no pain, no nausea and I got about 100 stones the first time. They were soft as putty and caused no problem. There is nothing in this world that is absolutely safe but I would say that, if you follow the instructions exactly, there should be no problem. I might add that I did not follow the vegetarian diet recommended by Moritz for the first five days, but that was the only deviation. The sixth day I did avoid meat, fats, etc. so the flush would go okay. The first couple of days I felt sort of strange, not really ill but not really well either -- but this is normal. I soon felt quite good and energetic. I did get what I consider healing crisis symptoms -- a tired, irritated left eye and a rash in my southern region ) but they both went away. Hope this helps, Sherry (from Oregon)
