Guest guest
Hi Duncan, The Inulin I'm using has only 2.1 g per serving. I'm only taking about 4-5 g per day, which I see now is not enough. The brand I have from Nowfoods contains fructose, but doesn't specify how much, or give any other ingredients. My problems are in the lower Hi Maurice, Inulin dose is about 12-15 grams daily. How much are you taking? Sugar is problematic. Is your inulin 10% or 6% sugar? The contents should be declared on the label. Look for the glucose, fructose and disaccharides totals and add them up. The contents of my bulk inulin are less than 1% sugar, less than 1% FOS. Guest guest
Duncan- I have been taking 2 tsp. of the inulin I bought from you. Is this enough? My candida symptoms are not as bad anymore. I am currenly working with my MD to kill the parasites in my body. Thanks for all of your advice on this forum. -Patty >From: Duncan Crow <duncancrow@...> >Reply-candidiasis >candidiasis >Subject: Re: Re: Re: Three Lac or Primal Defense >Date: Tue, 30 Dec 2003 21:47:41 -0800 > > > > > Thanks for the feedback!
