Guest guest
i would go to paleofood.com, and look at their recipes page under the dressings heading. they have a bunch of mayo recipes to choose from, so you'll have some options. just don't add vinegar! this whole recipe site has been really helpful for me, particularly with no-grain baked goods. just make sure you don't use arrowroot. i would sub guar gum instead, if you can get it. my new 'fake cookie dough' just came from there: 1.5 c. almond flour, or ground almonds 1 egg splash vanilla extract tiny sprinkle stevia mix in food processor until creamy. you can make 'pancakes'/'tortillas' with this too if you cook discs on a lighly oiled pan. yum! i don't think i'll be as tempted to cheat now. aliqaesong > > > > > Rainy, > > > How about yogurts, fresh veggies such as carrots > > sticks, celery sticks, > > > green peppers, cucumbers and such. Guest guest
Blend 1 egg with 1 tbsp lemon juice or 1 tbsp vinegar (I use lemon juice and you could even use lime). Drizzle in 1 cup of oil while blender is on. I use sunflower now. Olive would probably be healthier but I didn't like the taste with the olive. You can really spice it up by adding a clove of garlic or some herbs. Anti Candida sack lunch for Child - recipe for mayo I was wondering if someone could post a recipe for 'good quality' mayo??? --- canda <canda@...> wrote: > I usually make a chicken salad, moistened with good > quality mayo (I've > noticed some recipes on some candida websites).
