The USDA has nutritional information on all the common foods. The

reason you can take a lemon a day is to alkalize and detoxify. If it's

any help, I think coconuts have much more sugar in them than lemons do.

he he, thanks duncan. i don't think i'll be eating an entire lemon

again anytime soon. it really killed my stomach immediately :) i

have to be more cautious about following suggestions, and remember

to keep my knowledge of how my body works in mind! i tend to jump on

anything and go totally overboard..

i sliced it up and added it to what i was cooking for dinner.
