Corn is a cultured grain, a high-carbohydrate food. Why can't you eat anything else? There are about 200 vegetables in our food supply. If so, that's a carbohydrate and it will breed candida. Duncan Crow

I can tell you that I have it several times a week & have no reaction to it at all. It's a complex carb & therefore breaks down to sugar much slower than processed carbs according to my doctor. Guest guest
Hey Kim, I just saw this. Lake s is in Western Washington. A little bit Northeast of Everett. :0) Re: help HE SAID I LOVE YOU THE WAY YOU ARE AND I DON'T WANT YOU TO DO THIS. //If he really loves you that much, he would want you to do what ever it takes to improve your health and extend your life.//HE SAID IF YOU CAN'T LOOSE IT NATURALLY THEN IT IS NOT MENT TO BE//I guess that is like saying if you get a flat tire, don't fix it. It was meant to be. Or if you get a curable disease that could kill you, you should just die because it was meant to be. I think you can see where this is going. It does not make any sense to live a miserable existence when you can do something about it.//HE DOSEN'T WANT ANYTHING BAD TO HAPPEN TO ME //Then he would encourage you to lose weight so nothing bad happens to you//PLUS HE HAS READ OF STORIES WHERE THE BAND SLIPS AND HE THEN SAID YOUR GONNA SPEND 8,000 ON THIS AND THEN IT SLPIS THEN WHAT//This happens less then 3% of the time. If it slips, you have it fixed. //HE SAYS WE LIVE IN WASHINGTON STATE AND HE IS IN MEXICO WHAT ABOUT THESE FILL HOW OFTEN DO YOU DO THEM//Actually, WA state has more Mexico friendly band Dr's then (I think) any other state. You should have no trouble finding a local Dr. to do your fills. You will need 1-?? fills in the first year. After you have reached your "sweet spot" you will not need additional fills.//HE IS SO AGAINST IT.//That is too bad for him. It is YOUR life at stake here.He should support you in your decision.// IF I DO GO HE WILL NOT BE HAPPY AND HE REFUSES TO GO WITH ME. //That does not say much for him now does it. Who protests by saying I am not going with you, even though I think what you are doing is dangerous??? He will probably get insanely jealous when you do lose the weight. Who cares if he goes or not? I went alone. No problem. You are not alone at all during your stay. From when you are picked up at the airport to the other "bandsters" there at the hospital. You will NEVER feel alone.Good luck and I hope you make the right decision for YOU. Because at this point, NO ONE else matters but YOU!!7/18/05280/198/
