Guest guest
I have been using the inulin that I ordered from Duncan. I also have been using coconut oil and a probiotic (Puritan's Pride, it is one of the ones on the list that Duncan posted where scientific research indicated it actually had viable organisms). My symptoms to start out were: vaginal yeast infection (a constant), eczema on hands and face, and constipation. I've had these symptoms for close to two years. Results of taking the above: constipation is gone, eczema on face is gone (anyone who suffers from eczema KNOWS what a relief that is) and the eczema on my hands has dwindled down to almost nothing. Still have the vaginal yeast, but am so clearly improving that I am delighted. I did try Threelac (this was prior to the above protocol), got zero results, but was able to get my money back from the company. What helped the most with the constipation was without question the inulin. What helped with the other symptoms the most I couldn't really say, I would have to think that it was all of them combined. I should mention that I have been on a strict meat, vegetables and nuts diet for over a year, and have tried many different natural antifungals and other products with absolutely NO RESULTS. You can imagine (or know firsthand!) how very frustrating that is. And I'd also like to say that I emailed Duncan for advice about what to take, and he graciously replied with the protocol listed above, in addition to a few other suggestions. I rarely post here, but have been on this list for quite a while, and I am so grateful to everyone who posts here. I read every post in an effort to learn all I can about this disease. This is my second time around with candidiasis. The first time was 15 years ago, when the only symptom I had was a vaginal yeast infection that wouldn't go away. 5 doctors and one year later, I took matters into my own hands and went on Dr. Crook's diet. The yeast infection disappeared! Gradually sugar crept back into my diet, and this time the yeast came back with a vengeance. I've been sugar free for almost two years now and do not crave it one bit! During this time I have greatly reduced the sugar and grain content in my children's diet. The results of that have been tremendous. With three kids in the family, no one has been sick in the last year and a half. It may sound strange, but I am very grateful for this experience. I know so much about nutrition now. And I can guide my children in the right food choices. I'm thankful that I was able to learn this while still fairly young, before my poor food choices caused a devestating disease for me or my family. Thank you Duncan, so much. Without your guidance, I'd be shoveling out buckets of money on ineffective products, pretty much what I was doing before I came to this list. Guest guest
I have been using inulin for over a month. I read the documents Duncan has on his website. I added it to mt anti-candida regimen because, as a biochemist, this research seemed to prove that inulin was the key to rejuvinate the natural flora in my colon. At first, I used inulin along with threelac. Then, when it was time to replenish my threelac supply, I decided to wait on re-ordering to test the inulin alone. I take 2 teaspoons of inulin a day. I have been off the threelac for almost two weeks. I feel great. My candida overgrowth symptoms have decreased substantially. I have decided that inulin is all I need (along with a healthy diet, antioxidants, and lots of water) to keep the candida from ruining my life. I trusted Duncan because he answered a lot of questions for me and others, and he backs all of his statements with pure tested results. He is offering a product that not only costs much less than other products, but one that stands alone in its ability to return the colon back to normal. The colon is an important organ in the body, and its ability to function optimally is a major key to optimal health. I trust that the inulin that Duncan sells will help anyone return their colon health back to normal. Before wasting your money on expensive products that are minimally effective, I would try a single supply of inulin. This supply will last you more than twice as long as more expensive remedies, and I am sure you will find it twice as more effective.
