As for the taste, my suggestion is hold your nose and drink as quickly as you can. Nothing will make it taste any better. I am using it now because I may have leaky gut but have some questions: Can I eat food when I drink it? When is the best time to take it? Can I add anything to it to make it taste better? The smell is like a alcoholish type of smell. I mixed some iced tea with it because it's really gross. I am going to look on the internet but just wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions.
