Hi Alison

You should take it one hour before you eat. You can take it three times

a day, my husband used to take it only once a day.

As for the taste, my suggestion is hold your nose and drink as quickly

as you can. Nothing will make it taste any better.

Juice and Gel (food grade) about a month ago and was so repulsed by the

smell I just left it in the refrigerator. I am using it now because I

may

have leaky gut but have some questions:

Can I eat food when I drink it?

When is the best time to take it?

Can I add anything to it to make it taste better? The smell is like a

alcoholish type of smell. I mixed some iced tea with it because it's

really

gross.

I am going to look on the internet but just wanted to know if anyone had

any

suggestions. Thanks!

HAHAHAHA! I love the " hold the nose " comment because I was doing just that!

I found it hilarious that all the bottles of Aloe Vera Juice claim it's

" Great Tasting " !

Thanks for the info Keen! :o)

Whoever wrote the blurb on the bottle obviously never had to take it!

I buy 's 100% aloe juice and it has no flavor - tastes like water.

Probably is just water, then.

Actually, no, it is all aloe juice and has no water in it. It helped heal my

leaky gut 100%. I got my Great Smokies test results back and it has healed

completely.

Alison, take note - maybe that's the brand you should get.

I haven't tried this but I wonder if squeezing some fresh lemon juice

into it would make it better... possibly worse! I like sour tastes

like lemon so it might work for me but not others. Worth a try?

I saw that my local natural food store carries 's now so I snatched

it up! Ha!

It tastes so much better than the other stuff! Thanks so much for the

suggestion!
