It's not supposed to be a cure, but the bowel culture does exert influence on the outcome, as people are finding. I'll also repeat myself for you that natural inulin contains sugar and FOS, so people don't respond to it as well as to sugar- and FOS-free inulin. Although inulin in it's sugar free form was made a commodity in 1999, it takes awhile before people on the street find out about it. Sugar-free inulin, like any food, is not an end-all but it is being discussed and there are testimonials all right. Someone has to be first to deploy it.... there will always be people who hang back. It's OK to be skeptical, but do please try to give us your objective criticism on knowledge rather than a lack of it. I think your comments probably wouldn't have been made at all if you were aware of all the science behind prebiotics. All we're doing is applying that science, and it's working also on bowel dysbiosis in diarrhea, constipation, IBS, Crohn's and colitis patients just like the science said it would. Guest guest
I started taking Inulin about 2 weeks ago after Duncan's suggestion. I immediately noticed a difference and began having more movements. I also added a colon cleanse, and together, with the other things I'm taking, I'm having movements daily, as opposed to 1 per week. For me, Inulin is making a difference. I also wanted to mention that when questioning ThreeLac or Inulin, I don't believe it's a case of OR, but both. Since ThreeLac is a probiotic and Inulin is a prebiotic, they should work together. But I do understand that some people have success with just one or the other.
