If you can't get organic coffee, then don't do a coffee enema at all. Regular coffee is toxic and the chemicals used to process it are even more toxic. Your intestine will absorb all these chemicals and you could get quite sick. Not worth it.

I read on curezone that Foldgers if the best grade if organic is not available. I have always bought organic. It is available in healthfood stores and now even my grocery store.

I am not sure what else has the same effect.

Great news I found a source for organic coffee here in the Nederlands

Good luck with the coffee enemas, nieema. I have had four so far (twice a week) and am glad to report that my energy level is still wonderful - I've been able to cross some things off the "to do" list that have been there for weeks!! I wish the same for you.
