Guest guest
Wow, that's news to me, thank you very much for this info, I will try both. I also would like to ask if my fellow yeast suffers have what I call " swamp " breath? People always ask me if I've eaten garlic although I haven't. I see people back away from me so I know my breath must knock them for a loop! I'm 41 and single so my social life suffers because of it. Any suggestions anyone? Guest guest
> Induction Diet. Your diet must contain no more than > 20 grams of carbohydrate a day. --- cindy janes Mineral deficiency causes cravings. In about three weeks the cravings can disappear with a good mineral program. I've seen this several times now using Body Balance. There's still a free bottle offer on right now, but I hear the site is dysfunctional right now: http://lifeforcefamily.com PIN 20466442 (Mrs Gilbert) Another thing that curbs cravings and also increases metabolic rate is cold-processed whey; it contains enzymes that produce satiation. regards, Duncan Crow
Guest guest
Mfalz, I have a question for you, what do you eat? Your hunger pains could be because your body is not getting enough nutrients. After I began paying attention to my health, I felt hungry all the time. I couldn't eat a lot at once because my digestion couldn't handle it. The more per meal I ate the worse it was. I learned to eat smaller meals more often (3-4 hrs) which helped a lot with my hypoglycemia. You should also think of parasites. Maybe the parasites are eating your food (candida is a parasite IMHO). You can tell how your digestion is doing by your stool. Excessive/Insatiable Hunger... Does anyone experience EXCESSIVE hunger? Not sure if it's due to the chronic candida or unstable blood sugar or a faulty gland?? I could eat a 20 course meal and I'm hungry in 15 minutes. My stomach feels full but I feel hunger as though my blood sugar has dropped drastically. I always crave sugar, more so at night. I actually feel hungrier after I eat than before. I don't eat sugar or processed food so I'm not sure why this is happening. No doctor has been able to help me. I've had colonoscopies and endoscopies and can't get to the bottom of this nagging hunger. Any info would be appreciated

Guest guest
I eat small frequent meals with low glycemic index. Lots of protein, no wheat, sugar, yeast products, nothing processed. No fruit even. I too suspect that parasites are preventing me from obtaining nutrients so though I eat plenty of whole, good foods, I'm still undernourished due to the candida and parasites. I have an appt with a Holisitic doctor since I haven't seen one in a long time and want her to do a stool, candida, hair analysis etc... Thanks for your response, M
Guest guest
It should be banana shaped, similar to banana consistency (hardness), light brown colored with no food particles. If you have undigested food particles something isn't going right. I have a lot of food particles when my gut is inflamed. Usually this happens to me when I'm over stressed or ate something I can't digest.
