Hi

Wow that's so neat that you have experienced infrared therapy.Did you know

that there is a home infrared sauna? You can get one seaters and up

It looks like a regular steam sauna but they use infrared ceramic heaters

not steam and instead of the usual 1 inch penetration it goes 1 and a half

to 2 inches. It detoxes all the organs, improves cardio vascular disease. The

benefits go on and on.... the only drawback is the price. Someday this will

be in my home.Price for a 2 seater 3500.00

Here are a couple of sites to read about this type of therapy.Much to my

surprise Dr. Mercola talks about it.

http://www.mercola.com/2002/aug/14/sauna.htm

http://www.spasaunadirect.com/therasauna.htm

this site sells them...

What do you think?

This the one I have been looking at because the heat is kept at a constant

temperature and the heat waves modulate at same waves as our body.Of course

I am dreaming big...but why not we have not because we ask not..

..I guess I better start my dreaming and asking , by asking for lots more

veggies.LOL

Yeah, it would be so nice to have more money. My wish list includes a used car (for going to Jerusalem), the money to apply for an immigrant visa for my husband, a new antenna for our TV (so I can watch something in English), and the money to go to the States once he gets his visitor's visa. I keep trying to save, but I spend all my money on natural products, books, and doctor's appointments.

Maybe you can open a home spa and make the infrared sauna a business investment! Or try making the sauna he describes for $75.

Thanks for sending the Mercola link. It told me something I didn't know about the use of soap. I had been using it afterwards because I'd read that you have to scrub off the heavy metals and toxins released. I guess I'll buy a loufah instead.

Best,

Hi Kathy and Everyone,

Jim Clements has his own web site and message board about setting up

your own infrared therapy sauna at home using very reasonably priced

infrared heaters that you can buy from him for just $150.00 each. Many

people on his message board have reported making progress using the

sauna they have created in their bathroom or a closet using two of his

heaters. Jim is a genuinely nice person who will talk by phone or email

with anyone to answer their questions. I didn't go so far as to set up

a sauna (because I'm so sick and thin at this point) but I bought one

heater to help the circulation in my legs

which is so bad that I can walk very little, have to use a wheelchair

much of the time, and my legs and feet are very cold and in pain much

of each day. The heater warms them like nothing else has and it

eliminates the pain after using it for 10 to 20 minutes.

If you're interested in Jim's web site, here's the URL's. Scroll down

for the individual heaters. (Also, Dr. Larry has a site and

sells the infrared lamps for something like $100.) You can

get the benefits of a sauna without spending a huge amount of money.

I meant to add this in my previous email.

Here's the egroup message board on setting up your own home sauna

with heaters from Jim (BTW, I'm not connected to Jim's work other than

reading the site & group and ordering one heater.)
