I'm about to start tackling my Candida problem which I should have started 7 years ago. I have extreme allergies and sensitivities. I get a reaction from all foods. I'm even hyper-sensitive to all medications and supplements. Why is that? I have major problems with my face...dry skin and a rosacea like appearance. Anyone else? I've been somewhat trying to curb my diet and I'm feeling just awful and I feel like I haven't even begun treatment. So far the only benefit I see is less bloating.
